Abstract: 

Introduction: Curriculum consultation is a new topic that has been raised in the field of curriculum studies. The purpose of this research is to investigate the necessity of designing a curriculum consultation educational package with a brain training approach. Method: This approach, emphasizing the brain and how it works and relating it to learning processes, has brought new topics into the educational field. The current research is based on the qualitative research method of content analysis and comparative categorization system. The field of research includes all books and resources available in the field of curriculum as well as texts and research done in the field of brain-based education. Due to the wide variety of available print and digital sources, the range of years 2010 to 2019 has been used. Findings: After the coding process, the main components have been extracted and expressed for each target group. The main components after the coding process, 16 main categories were extracted regarding the necessity of designing a curriculum consultation training package with a brain training approach in the department of curriculum designers and implementers. Conclusion: The extracted categories include curriculum elements, educational system issues, brain-based education, curriculum reform, curriculum goals, school coordinators and provincial and national executives, educational outputs, financial and welfare facilities, curriculum planning process, program training courses. Curriculum planning, participation in curriculum planning, facilitation of curriculum implementation, teaching skills, classroom management practices, school coordinator and parents.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: The information about individual time management is a good indicator of each person's quality of life. Given the high prevalence of cerebral palsy and the dependency of these children to their mothers due to their special needs, in the present study, we investigated the effects of time management consultation on satisfaction of time management and leisure time in mothers of children with cerebral palsy. Materials and Methods: In the current investigation, we chose participants from among the mothers of children who were admitted to Kimia Teb Clinique located in Varamin city. A total of 36 mothers were chosen and divided into two intervention and control groups. In the first session, both groups completed mothers time use questionnaire. The intervention group received four consulting sessions in a month. At the end of the month, both groups completed the questionnaire once again. The data of interest was statistically analyzed running ANCOVA and Wilcoxon tests in SPSS, version 18. Results: The present study showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups in increasing leisure time variable before and after the intervention (p <0. 05). Also, there was a significant difference between the two groups satisfaction of time use management variable before and after the intervention (p <0. 05). Conclusion: According to the results, it was found that using consulting package of time has been effective in increasing the leisure time and increased the satisfaction of time use management in mothers of children with cerebral palsy.

Abstract: 

2The current research was conducted with the aim of compiling and validating the educational package of the 10th grade religion and life lesson based on Choice Theory. The research method for the stage of designing and compiling the educational package was descriptive-analytical method mixed . The main themes of the training package and the time required for training were taken from written sources such as the model of G schools and internal and external research projects. To validate the package, while using the face validity method, the content validity method was used in a qualitative and quantitative way. It was used with a panel of 14 experts. 14 experts were considered as the statistical population, 10 of them were in the field of psychology, two were in the field of curriculum planning, and two were in the field of education. In addition, two relative coefficients of content validity and content validity index were used. The minimum and maximum relative content validity coefficients for each item of the package were calculated as 1 and 0.71, and the content validity index in most sessions reached the number (0.85) for all goals in the educational protocol. The results revealed that the educational package of the Religion and Life lesson based on Choice Theory for 10th grade students have good formal and content validity and has the necessary validity for educational applications and research use.

Abstract: 

This study was undertaken to design an educational package on the counseling needs of parents of junior high school students. This research had a mixed (qualitative and quantitative) design. The sampling was executed in two stages: first, semi-structured interviews were conducted with thirty parents until data saturation was achieved. Second, cluster multistage sampling method was utilized and 384 questionnaires were administered to identify the counseling needs of parents and their children at junior high school level. Data analysis included two parts: 1. exploratory qualitative type using non-parametric statistics, and 2. descriptive statistics as well as Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The results demonstrated that the top four priorities for parents’ counseling needs were respectively psycho-social, psycho-emotional, cognitive-educational, and moral-spiritual ones. Furthermore, there was a significant difference between girls and boys regarding their counseling needs priorities. This package can be a fruitful guideline for consulting services so that parents and their children’s needs are adequately fulfilled.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the present paper was to design the professional consulting model in Iranian universities. The current study was conducted with a qualitative design based on Grounded Theory qualitative method. The statistical population of the research consisted of key informants and experts in five groups: political, managerial, sociology, economic, and specialists. As this research is an exploratory study, the most proper sampling method is purposive sampling. Here, the snowball sampling technique was used. The sample size reached 32 given the theoretical saturation. Due to the novelty of the subject and the lack of adequate theory on the research subject, exploratory interviews were used in this research as a data collection tool. The collected data were analyzed in the form of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. Then, the desirable model for the professional consultation approach in the university was proposed based on data analysis. According to findings, it was found that categories such as the knowledge-based economy and learning community, university governance, social responsibility of the university, codes of promotion, and communication actions affect consultation approach as the central phenomenon; and using these categories, the professional consultation paradigm model was proposed to achieve the responsive university.

Abstract: 

Foreign trade consultancy plays a crucial role in the advancement of international trade, requiring a distinct set of capabilities at both individual and organizational levels. This research aimed to develop a strategic capability framework for foreign trade consultancy. Employing a qualitative methodology, the study adopted a grounded theory approach from a Glaserian perspective and was fundamentally developmental in nature. The study population consisted of experts and professionals in foreign trade consultancy, including trade counselors and ambassadors. 12 participants were selected through purposeful judgmental sampling and data were collected using semi-structured interviews. To ensure the validity of the findings, inter-coder reliability was assessed using the Kappa coefficient, resulting in a value of 0.73, which indicated a satisfactory level of reliability. The results categorized the capabilities essential for success in foreign trade consultancy into two levels: individual and organizational. At the individual level, key capabilities included knowledge and expertise, communication and interpersonal skills, technical skills, and leadership and management abilities. At the organizational level, critical factors encompassed structure and resources, organizational culture, and processes and systems. Furthermore, value proposition and external relationships were highlighted as significant factors at the inter-organizational level. This framework can serve as a valuable management tool for organizations engaged in international trade. IntroductionIn recent decades, the landscape of international trade and diplomacy has undergone significant transformation characterized by the growing influence of non-state actors, globalization of economic relations, and the emergence of new geopolitical dynamics. Within this context, foreign commercial diplomacy has become increasingly vital for promoting economic growth, fostering international cooperation, and protecting national interests. The effectiveness of foreign commercial diplomacy relies heavily on the capabilities and resources available to diplomatic missions and their personnel. This paper aimed to present a comprehensive framework for assessing these capabilities. By exploring various factors, such as institutional structure, human resources, financial resources, and strategic planning, this study sought to provide a valuable tool for policymakers, diplomats, and scholars to evaluate the effectiveness of foreign commercial diplomacy initiatives. Moreover, the proposed framework would enhance understanding of the challenges and opportunities confronting foreign commercial diplomacy in today’s global environment. Materials & MethodsThis research was developmental-applied in focus and employed a qualitative methodology. The method utilized was grounded theory, specifically through expert interviews. The research population comprised professionals in the field of commercial diplomacy, including diplomats and ambassadors, all of whom had several years of experience in this domain. Participants were selected using a judgmental sampling method, continuing until theoretical saturation was achieved, which occurred with the 11th and 12th participants. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews. To assess the reliability of the research findings, the Kappa coefficient of agreement was calculated, yielding a value of 0.73. This indicated that the qualitative research tool demonstrated sufficient reliability. Research FindingsThis study revealed that the competencies essential for a successful foreign trade diplomat could be categorized into 3 primary groups: individual, organizational, and value proposition. At the individual level, a foreign trade diplomat had to have a comprehensive knowledge base and expertise in areas, such as international economics, foreign trade, market analysis, and foreign languages. Moreover, strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, adaptability, and teamwork were critical qualities for success in this field. Proficiency in information technology and data analysis tools, along with the ability to draft professional reports and presentations, as well as leadership and management skills, were also highly valued. On the organizational level, several factors contributed to the effectiveness of foreign trade diplomacy services. These included a flexible organizational structure, specialized teams, adequate financial resources, an innovative and learning-oriented culture, and well-defined, documented processes. Additionally, the ability to tailor services to meet client needs and collaborate with other organizations and stakeholders have paramount importance. Finally, delivering value to customers through a diverse array of services, providing innovative solutions, and establishing extensive networks with governments, international organizations, and foreign companies were critical success factors in foreign trade diplomacy. In conclusion, the findings of this research indicated that success in foreign trade diplomacy required a blend of individual, organizational, and value proposition capabilities. Given the complexity and intense competition in global markets, foreign trade diplomats had to continuously update their knowledge and skills while leveraging emerging technologies to enhance their performance.Discussion Results & ConclusionThe proposed framework for the capabilities of foreign commercial diplomacy provided a multifaceted perspective on the competencies essential for successful international business endeavors. The intricate interplay among individual, organizational, and external factors highlighted the complexity of the modern commercial landscape. While individual capabilities—such as knowledge, skills, and experience—served as the foundation of effective diplomacy, organizational structures, cultures, and processes significantly enhanced these individual contributions. Importantly, the focus on value proposition and external relations underscored the necessity of understanding market dynamics, cultivating strategic partnerships, and adapting to evolving global trends. This framework not only served as a roadmap for individuals aspiring to careers in foreign commercial diplomacy, but also offered valuable insights for organizations aiming to improve their international business operations. In conclusion, the findings of this research emphasized the dynamic nature of foreign commercial diplomacy and the need for a holistic approach that integrated both individual and organizational capabilities. The identified competencies, ranging from technical skills to strategic thinking, reflected the multidisciplinary essence of the field. Additionally, the focus on value proposition and external relations highlighted the importance of grasping market dynamics and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. By developing a comprehensive framework, this research contributed to the existing body of knowledge on international business and provided a valuable resource for policymakers, practitioners, and academics alike. Future research could investigate the specific impacts of these capabilities on various performance outcomes, such as market penetration, revenue generation, and overall organizational success.

IRREGULAR RESOURCE DEPLETION AND EMISSION OF ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF POLLUTIONS PLUS ISSUES LIKE CLIMATE CHANGE AND GLOBAL WARMING ARE SIGNS OF UNSUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. ENERGY IS A CRITICAL SUBJECT WHICH ITS UNSUSTAINABILITY CAUSE TO ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC ISSUES, ANY EFFORT FOR ITS SUSTAINABILITY IS WORTHY. AMONG ALL ENERGY CONSUMERS BUILDINGS ARE THE MACRO USERS. BUILDING INDUSTRY IS ACCUSED OF GREAT ROLE IN ENERGY CRISIS IN MOST COUNTRIES.CONSULTING ENGINEERS AS DESIGNERS HAVE SERIOUS ROLE IN MAKING SUSTAINABLE BUILDINGS. FOCUS OF THIS RESEARCH IS ON THE CONDUCTING CONSULTING ENGINEERS TO SUSTAINABLE ENERGY BUILDING AND STRUCTURE. RESEARCH INFORMATION IS PROVIDED THROUGH INVESTIGATING EXPERT IDEA VIA QUESTIONER AND INTERVIEWS AND VAST LITERATURE REVIEW. AND THEN A STRATEGIC PROGRAM IS DEVELOPED TO LEAD CONSULTING ENGINEERS TO SUSTAINABLE ENERGY BUILDING DEVELOPMENT. THIS STRATEGIC PROGRAM IS DEVELOPED THROUGH HCMS METHOD WHICH INCLUDES USING BALANCED SCORECARD (BSC) AND THEN IT WAS CHECKED FOR EFFECTIVENESS BY MEANS OF SUSTAINABILITY IMPACT ASSESSMENT METHOD AND ITS COOPERATIVE SOLUTION BY MEANS OF EXPLORING EXPERTS’ IDEA VIA QUESTIONER. STATISTICAL USED METHODS ARE DESCRIPTIVE ANALYSIS AND IN ASSESSING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GOALS AND STRATEGIES IS REGRESSION ANALYSIS. ASSESSMENTS REVEAL STRONG CORRELATION AND POSITIVE EFFECT OF STRATEGIES ON GOALS. Abstract: 

Mystical themes form a considerable part of Persian literary texts. Mystical reflections such as philosophy are divided into two aspects of theoretical and practical. Practical mysticism is a spiritual journey traversed with guidance of a spiritual master on the way to achieve personality metamorphosis. Consulting is similar to practical mysticism in the interaction between a counselor and an interlocutor, in resolving uncertainties and the ambiguities, and moreover in achieving intellectual and personality perfection of the interlocutor. However, there is a main difference between these processes: in mysticism the ‘master’ and in consulting the ‘interlocutor’ has the pivotal role. In spite of some more discrepancies, there are enough similarities to be able to draw parallels between mystical conduct and consulting. This inquiry aims at showing these differences and similarities in order to find a suitable practical model for consulting based on the emotional and mental interaction between the master and the disciple in practical mysticism.
